Living Wall Murals design inspiration I'm delighted to be designing a summer mural for a lovely home in Brighton. The brief is for soft geometric shapes flowing up the staircase. Initially the idea came to the clients after they visited Charleston House in Sussex. I'll be sourcing inspiration from the beautiful murals in the house and from other sources that mean a lot to me. Here are work in progress shots of my recent botanical mural which I was commissioned to paint for the new Beauty Secrets salon in Hove. I began with my illustrations as a starting point and gradually built up the design using a pencil to draw in the leaf shapes.
