Bringing cool greens and large foliage shapes to a courtyard garden near the seaside in Hove, this design brief was all about creating an oasis in the city. I used a single colour for each section of the mural creating simple organic abstract shapes. As with most of my murals I paint free hand - treating the wall like one of my giant canvases , rarely scaling up. My favourite paints of the summer by Little Green Paint Company were fabulous for this project. August 2025.
